How Does the CRM Work For My Insurance Leads?
The setMORE CRM system is where you're opportunities sit. Each time an appointment is made and opportunity or deal is created it automatically goes into your setMORE CRM and your diary.
The Appointment is where your new opportunity will sit. When you click on the name all the propects details will appear - this includes their address, email, phone and all the information about their company and background. On the right hand side of the opportunity section sits the 'live' section. This shows you what the prospect has been doing. We track everything. Website visits, download and what emails they're viewing, reading or even forwarding to friends. We even track the information we send via mobile.
My Own PA? How Does This Work?
We know how busy top insurance adviser can get and we also know how dealing with people things can change. When you're a member you get access to your own PA.
Changed Times: They will deal with any changes in appointments you have. Simply flick them an email and they will take care of the rest and re book the time.
Confirmed Appointments: We also confirm every appointment we book for you. This way there is no wasting time showing up to meetings with a 'no show'.

An average premium is $150 per month.
At full commission that's around $3,500. From what we've seen a normal adviser will work on a ratio of 20:6:4 (20 appointments: 10 No Go's, 6 Nurture/Maybe later and 4 sales per month $14,000 per month. We've been conservative. The potential is a lot higher. We have not budgeted in the 6 you that will be nurtured on your behalf. So, what do the numbers look like over a month:
Lead Costs: $1,912*
Your Income: $14,000
Net Income: $12,088
* This is based on a full 12 months and taking 2 months holiday. You return on investment is 6 times.

When you take in the capital value of each client you retain for 2 years each client you gain each month based on the figures above, using a multiple of x4, this equates to an additional $504 of value. If you can pull off 4 sales a month the capital value along will break knock off the lead costs. We have not included trail or claw back in our calculations.

Selling Insurance is no different than any other sales business. All the figures seem to match the same equation. I have another sales lead generation business in a different field and the sales ratios are almost identical: 10:2:1.
